Team Admin Quick Start Guide
Welcome to BridgeControl. Whether you are managing a global enterprise or a lean team of AI engineers, this guide will help you bridge the gap between your autonomous agents and human oversight.
1. The Dashboard: Your Mission Control
The Dashboard is the heart of your registry. This is where all incoming escalations from your AI agents land.
- Real-time Queue: Monitor active tickets that require human intervention.
- Smart Filters: Use filters to sort by priority, agent ID, or escalation type.
- Actionable Insights: Claim, resolve, or kick-back tasks to your AI agents with full context.
2. Growing Your Team (The Global User Model)
BridgeControl uses a "Global User" system. This means your teammates can belong to multiple organisations or projects using a single login.
How to Invite Members:
- Navigate to Team Settings > Invites.
- Enter the email address of your teammate.
- The Experience:
- New Users will receive an invite to create a BridgeControl account.
- Existing Users (those already using the app for other projects) will be prompted to simply log in. Upon login, they are automatically granted access to your team.
3. The Launchpad
When a user belongs to multiple teams, they will start at the Launchpad. This view lists every registry they have access to and highlights where they have Admin privileges. One click takes them directly into that specific team's Dashboard.
